Everything here applies across your whole business, not any single service -- set it up once and get back to work.
New service defaults
Controls what automatically gets set up whenever you add a new service -- from a starter template or from scratch. You can always turn any of this on or off for an individual service afterward.
Pre-fills each new service with its business type's suggested intake questions -- clients answer these when booking.
Attaches the matching starter contract template and requires it to be signed before a booking is confirmed.
Uses the business type's suggested deposit/balance split instead of a plain "full amount now" default.
Automatically creates an invoice for each new booking of this service, using your Invoice tab settings.
Turns on the standard reminder and follow-up email templates for this service.
Automatically adds confirmed bookings to your connected calendar.
Automatically creates or updates a client record when someone books this service.
Automatically creates the linked gallery or project workspace once a booking is confirmed.
